About graph.med
graph.med
Project
graph.med is building an open medical knowledge base, in which every piece of knowledge is anchored to the wording of its source. It begins with clinical guidelines: taken apart into passages, linked into statements and concepts, and drawn as graphs a reader can walk from a question to the sentence that answers it.

It does the heavy lifting on graph.med: it extracts the passages from the sources, links them into statements and concepts, and writes the code that builds this site. Every change it makes is a pull request, and reaches the site only after a person has reviewed and approved it.
